An introduction to progressive overload, hypertrophy, toning and other gym jargons
Complementary movement patterns and exercises, such as pushups
An opportunity to try out SHATHLETICS resistance bands during warm up and accessory exercises
Demonstrations of each lift, and coaching while you give it a go yourself
Q&A segment to ensure you leave feeling confident and inspired to hit the weights room on your next gym visit!
