"I came to train with Shaz at a difficult time in my life! I needed to kickstart my fitness journey and boy did she kick me up my ass. All jokes aside since training with Shaz both my physical and emotional well-being has been enhanced in way I cant express. I am indebted to her for showing me that my body can do anything that I tell it to do. I came to Shaz weighing my heaviest and I’m am now working towards my target weight with a completely new look on the whole journey. This isn’t about just losing weight it’s about enjoying the journey and most importantly knowing to love your body.
The thing I love about her the most is she knows when to crack the whip as well as taking the time to get to know you and so makes the sessions tailor made for the mood I’m in. Deadlifting crazy weight on days I’m down just to prove a point!
