"I was first introduced to Shaz back in 2018 around March when I was preparing for my wedding in August. She worked me hard but I felt real good in my wedding dress and my overall health improved. "Coming from a person who isn’t a gym regular but somewhat fit (CC yoga, running & basketball) I thought I’d try something New and booked a circuit class with Shaz. I did my first session with Shazia and was hooked! The energy in the room was Great and uplifting and within 10 minutes I had shaken loose the nerves of being the gym newbie. Unfortunately covid-19 broke out and I wasn’t able to attend anymore physically. But, thankfully I am still able to join Shaz’s classes virtually and it’s still as effective (my post workout tense muscles testify to this). “I’ve been going to Shaz’s Sistar Circuit classes at Brixton Street Gym and I love it!! First of all it’s amazing that it’s ladies only, so nice to be able to work out with women and watch ourselves struggle, push ourselves and our limits and not giving up, under the guidance and motivation of Shaz!!  I had never attended circuit classes before as I found them too intense and intimidating, but Shaz’s selection of exercises is really good and suitable for different levels in my opinion. I also love that she actually spends time for an extensive and complete stretching session (which is much needed at the end of her classes!!) often neglected or rushed by other teachers. She concludes every session with few minutes of “meditation” and intentions setting, which I find absolutely amazing to feel even more energized and at peace on a Sunday morning!”

"When I started training with Shazfit I had little to zero knowledge on the fitness world, Shazia created a fitness plan which was strength and boxing orientated, she worked with me to create this plan which I’d enjoy yet still be effective. I had this terrible habit of holding my breath whilst exercising, I’d barely breathe (I also had no idea I was doing this, no wonder why I hated exercising) Shazia would constantly remind me to breathe! - a small reminder which made a BIG difference. SHE BASICALLY TAUGHT ME HOW TO BREATHE! Not only did she support me in gaining my fitness goals but she’s built my strength and confidence!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"I came to train with Shaz at a difficult time in my life! I needed to kickstart my fitness journey and boy did she kick me up my ass. All jokes aside since training with Shaz both my physical and emotional well-being has been enhanced in way I cant express. I am indebted to her for showing me that my body can do anything that I tell it to do. I came to Shaz weighing my heaviest and I’m am now working towards my target weight with a completely new look on the whole journey. This isn’t about just losing weight it’s about enjoying the journey and most importantly knowing to love your body. 


The thing I love about her the most is she knows when to crack the whip as well as taking the time to get to know you and so makes the sessions tailor made for the mood I’m in. Deadlifting crazy weight on days I’m down just to prove a point!
