Mind Body Strong Ramadan Workshop
Introducing limited edition ‘Mind Body Strong’ sessions this Ramadan. Join us over 3 weeks as we build our bodies and nourish our minds with a full body workout followed by mindfulness and reflection 💫 We’ll be incorporating Shathletics resistance bands, which you may purchase in advance.
