Shathletics aims to only produce high quality products that have been tried and (rigorously) tested by SHATHLETES, like the founder herself! However, in the unlikely event you experience any problems with your order or product, we are here to help. Please feel free to contact us to address any concerns.

If you find that your item is faulty, it is not the size you ordered, or is not the style you ordered, then you may be eligible for an exchange.

To make an exchange request please email info@shathletics.co.uk within 7 days from receiving your order, referencing your order number. Within the email please include the following:

• Your full name

• The item name you wish to exchange

• The item you originally bought

• A brief detailed description of the issue you've experienced
